Will my items be sent in one package?

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I was a little hit from the bottle, but being soft plastic it straightened when I filled it with water. From then on it is perfect, I like it because the water of my old English Shepherd is no longer dirty and it flows as you need it.
